MISSION
The Winky Wright Foundation mission is to strengthen our communities by promoting healthy living and fighting disease through advocacy, education, and service.
FOUNDATION OVERVIEW
The Winky Wright Foundation is a non-profit organization that focuses on the importance of educating our community about a living healthy lifestyle of body, mind and soul. We support various causes, projects and organizations that educate and bring awareness about diseases that are affecting our community. In addition, we strive to provide young people with the essential skills needed to have a healthy and successful life.
The foundation programs include the Winky Wright Wellness Program that concentrates on promoting awareness to help with early detection and educating our community on preventive methods to fight diseases, such as Breast Cancer, Diabetes, Parkinson's disease, and other illnesses; and we also focus on helping young people and families fight obesity.
In addition, we provide scholarships to underprivileged students that allows them to continue their educational goals and become strong leaders in our community; and organizations that help families in need not only during the holidays, but all year round. Our goals are to help our community be healthier; assist our young people in reaching their dreams; and encouraging everyone to live the best life.
