Our mission is to inform, inspire and instruct teens and young adults to make positive life decisions. To accomplish our mission we created the WARM2Kids.com website and the WARM2Kids Charitable Foundation.
WHAT WE DO
At WARM2Kids.com you can read informative articles on topics that matter most to you as a parent. You can also take polls, answer quizzes and take part in our role-playing scenarios where you have to make an important decision about your family. WARM2Kids also gives you the largest collection of role models who come from all walks of life. Musicians, actresses, sports stars, government leaders and everyday people just like you! Get to know the role models that your children look up to! We also give you important news and events that have an impact in your kid’s world. In addition, WARM2Kids members also receive exclusive discounts from your favorite stores.

The WARM2Kids’ community is a safe and reliable place for you to find answers to your teen’s problems. Through our website we hope to make your job as a parent easier and also help your children be healthier, safer and happier.
OUR HISTORY
WARM2Kids was founded in 2002 by former Boston Celtic M.L. Carr. After retiring with the Celtics, M.L. teamed up with Bank of Boston on the “M.L. Carr Challenge – Stand Tall Against Drugs” campaign. Through his talks with students M.L. realized that teens have no one to turn to when they needed help and parents have a hard time talking to their kids about problems.
Realizing this issue, M.L envisioned WARM2Kids , a company based on the belief, that despite our flaws We’re All Role Models (W.A.R.M.). M.L. decided he would use the internet to show is message to the world. WARM2Kids.com would provide a place that’s open around the clock for teens to find solutions to their problems.
Even with this vision M.L. still needed help. To develop the articles and resources of the site M.L. got the help of Dr. Lonnie Carton, a nationally-renowned family therapist. M.L. also got numerous celebrity role models and “everyday heroes” to share stories and advice about the adversities they overcame to succeed in their lives. Through their help WARM2Kids was launched and continues to spread the message that, “Although Nobody’s Perfect We’re All Role Models.”
