Interesting! I was wondering the same if “USCORE, USCORE.net, SportStat, SportStatz.net” or whatever it is named now ever pays its developers? Johnny Richardson owe me $1,200 for SW development services too. Work was done in summer 2009 and after I send him an invoice I’ve never heard form him. Johnny, please contact me to take care of this (you do know my email and phone). Yours original phone does not seems to be working.

Good luck Marek … I have one case in small claims against him … but it will never pay I’m sure- I’m sure there’s lots of us out here he owes money to. I’m surprised with the level of people that he has contacted … that no one has taken his site down because of non-payment.
I wish I had found this website before signing on to do some development for Johnny Richardson – I have been owed over £1200 for the last two months and all attempts at contact are being ignored and its time to get in the debt collectors.
Beware developers – don’t do any work for this guy without full payment in advance!
I think we should keep in touch, get all of the people together that this happened to … (I also know a medium size company that he owes 10 thousand dollars to as well ) … maybe the better business bureau should know about this, or local news channels … problem solvers, hall of shame … whatever…because i’ll tell you what – the bill collection will not work, i took him to small claims, won, he had a bench warrant out for him … and he still hasnt paid or gotten into any trouble. Im sure Mr. Moore, doesn’t appreciate Johnnys lack of payments to people. I think I am going to work on an online forum or petition for all of the people this has effected and let you guys know. I am sorry to hear that Sportstatz has cheated you too, best of luck until I can help find a solution. If you would like to share your emails with me, I can send you some ideas/solutions once I get them together because I am not letting this go now because of all the persons I have talked to know that have been cheated…talk to you soon…

It seems clear that for some time he has been hiring people with no intention of paying them – that’s called intent to defraud and is a serious business.

I don’t believe he is reading this Dave, we are kind of venting on a page meant to give the low down on what Herman Moore, Johnny’s partner is doing. But, like I said … I’m sure Herman wouldn’t appreciate it knowing that Johnny is committing all this fraud around his name.
