The Vince Young Foundation is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that was established by Young and his mother, Felicia. Young was inspired to start the foundation because of his own experience overcoming life’s challenges while growing up in Houston.

I was told by a good source (Wesley AME Church) in Downton Houston, that the foundation was looking for land in the Pearland Area for a gym for young kids for boxing. The church who I represent has a develoment very near Houston Community College South campus and Hwy 288. Our location is just south of the campus adjacent to the new Houston Amateur Sports Park on Kirby. We would like the opportunity to explore this development.
