"This event will give the City of Youngstown, the Mahoning Valley and Youngstown State University the national spotlight that it so richly deserves," says Executive Director Eric Ryan.

This magical musical night is a one- time only event featuring a star-studded list of Olympic, World and National Champion figure skaters. "This is probably the strongest skating cast that I have ever put together for one of my NBC skating entertainment special" says Steve Disson, the show's executive producer of Disson Skating. Skaters confirmed for the one-time collaboration include Olympic silver medalist Sasha Cohen, Olympic gold medalist Brian Boitano, six-time U.S. champion Todd Eldredge, world champion Yuka Sato, three-time U.S. champion Michael Weiss, world ice dancing champion Shae-Lynn Bourne, six-time Canadian champion Jennifer Robinson, Olympic pairs champions Jamie Sale and David Pelletier and two-time world silver medalist dancing champions Marie-France Dubreuil and Patrice Lauzon.

The Cleveland Pops Orchestra entertains thousands of fans with its wide variety of musical concerts. The Cleveland Pops, led by Carl Topilow, performs everything from sports themes to Frank Sinatra to Barry Manilow to music from Disney. Never before has an orchestra played for a nationally televised ice skating event of this caliber.

Peter Cetera is perhaps best known as one of the original members of the rock band, Chicago. He eventually embarked on a solo career that included numerous trips to the top of the Billboard charts. Among his No. 1 hits are "Glory of Love,'' which was the theme song to the movie, "Karate Kid II,'' "The Next Time I Fall,'' a Grammy Award-nominated love ballad he performed with Amy Grant and "Restless Heart.'' He has performed with numerous musical stars, ranging from David Foster to Billy Joel and his work has been nominated for Grammy and Academy Awards.
