Randy Duane Couture (born June 22, 1963) is an American mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter, Greco-Roman wrestler, and former collegiate wrestler. Couture is one of the two MMA fighters to have held a championship title in two different divisions (Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight) of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), as well as the only five-time champion in UFC history, earning him the nicknames "The Natural" and, later, "Captain America". He is considered by many to be the most popular fighter in MMA history, and is a member of the UFC Hall of Fame. Randy can also be found on the big screen, having recently starred in the MMA-themed film "Redbelt". He is next slated to star in the upcoming prequel to "The Scorpion King," "The Scorpion King: Rise of the Akkadian."

Everyone is expected to bring (or buy here) fight shorts, a cup, a mouthpiece, shinpads, boxing gloves, hand wraps and MMA gloves. Times: Friday August 29th - 7 pm - 9 pm Saturday August 30th - 10 am - 3 pm (lunch from 12-1) Sunday August 31st - 10 am - 12 noon times subject to change Instructors: Randy "The Natural" Couture & Mike "Quicksand" Pyle Seminar Focus: There will be 8 hours of instruction over 3 days focusing on Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and wrestling as they apply to MMA. Randy will run Friday Night's session. After the work out Randy will talk to the group about mental skills. Mike, and Guest instructor will take the reins on Saturday. It will be 4 hours of training sandwiched around a lunch break. Randy is back in the saddle again on Sunday finishing up with autograph signing and photos. All sessions will be followed by a Q&A session. The Xtreme Camp is open to fighters of all skill levels. Xtreme Bonus: Everyone will receive a Xtreme Couture Hand wraps and a camp notebook with drills and nutrition tips composed by Randy.

Description The Xtreme Couture G.I. Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, was founded by Randy and Kim Couture to honor the veterans of America's armed forces. The foundation was especially formed to raise money and awareness for those wounded in action and their families. To date, more than 24,000 U.S. troops have been wounded in the war against terrorism, which doesn’t include the many more suffering the mental effects. Many of the injuries are traumatic amputations, gunshot wounds, burns and blast injuries that will retire these brave men and woman from the armed forces. Even though some of these men and woman are severely injured, they have the courage, strength and determination to win this battle. The Xtreme Couture G.I. Foundation goal is to help these brave men and women fulfill any of their unmet needs as they return back to civilian life. Our first mission is called "Operation Xtreme Sacrifice."
