Matt Birk

Matthew Robert Birk is a center for the NFL's Baltimore Ravens. The Minnesota Vikings franchise drafted Birk out of Harvard University in 1998. He played with the Vikings through 2008, with 6 Pro Bowl appearances during his tenure there. Birk founded a charity organization that provides educational opportunities for at-risk children, Matt Birk’s HIKE Foundation. He also co-owns two restaurants, Matty B's Supper Club in St Paul, and Matty B's Urban Bar & Restaurant in Minneapolis.
