Jay Feely

Thomas "Jay" Feely (born May 23, 1976 in Odessa, Florida) is an NFL placekicker who is currently a free agent. He began his career with the Atlanta Falcons after kicking in college for Michigan. He is often seen as a regular guest on the ESPN First Take program on ESPN2.
