Description “I consider Golf Course Design to be another avenue for me to share my passion for the game of golf. Through my 20 years of international travel, I have had the opportunity to play many of the world’s most wonderful golf courses. These adventures have provided countless memories that will last forever, and each unique experience will play a part in the way I view golf course design. As I approach a new design or redesign, I look to capture the natural character of the landscape. I feel that it is very important to preserve the environment, spirit, and traditions of the game. My goal is to design courses that golfers of any age, gender, or skill level can enjoy equally. The creation of a variety of tees and generous landing areas gives each individual the opportunity to be challenged based on their skill level, while smaller greens and challenging approaches will make it a true and fair test to remember.” -Annika Sorenstam

Description For the past two decades, Annika has worked to master her skills in the game of golf as well as the methods that allow her body and mind to reach their utmost potential. As she perfected her approach with the help of her two coaches Henri Reis and Kai Fusser, she dreamed about sharing her passion for golf and fitness. Through the unveiling of the ANNIKA Academy™, her vision has become a reality. This boutique school will cater to small groups by providing individualized golf instruction and custom made fitness programs. This unique concept, state-of-the-art facility and luxurious setting, will create a truly amazing experience. The ANNIKA Academy™ is housed in a spacious 5,400-square-foot facility, built with specification to service every potential need that guests could desire. A modern fitness room with top-of-the-line equipment and full-service locker rooms will provide a complete health club experience. Two large hitting booths were created for covered swing training, video analysis and Callaway Golf club fitting.
