Set against a picturesque Santa Rosa Mountain backdrop, Norman Estates at PGA West™ is an exclusive, privately gated community of 58 award-winning homes. Courtyard pools, great rooms and expansive indoor/outdoor entertaining areas embody the luxurious desert lifestyle and offer residents all of the amenities found within the renowned PGA West™ resort. The large single-family allotments overlook the Norman Course, named the "Best Looking Desert Course" in 2001.

VISION/OVERVIEW
Norman Estates at PGA West™ is located in the heart of the Coachella Valley. The region, known as the "Western Home of Golf," is approximately 100 miles southeast of Los Angeles and is becoming increasingly popular as a second home and winter vacation area. The 58 home sites overlook the 10th, 11th, and 12th holes and provide views that extend to the Santa Rosa Mountains. The landscaping throughout the community is unique and extensive. Olive and Cypress trees surround the entrance feature while ash trees line the streetscape that includes extra green space and a sidewalk. Residents have the option to choose from any of the four floor plans designed specifically for this project. The unique indoor/outdoor living areas, the courtyard pools, large great rooms and e-development wiring, fiber optics and digital cable technology enhance the desert living lifestyle. Along with the floor plans, residents choose from three elevation themes. The Spanish Colonial, the Tuscan and the Early California vertical designs ensure an eclectic feel throughout the community.

LIFESTYLE
PGA WEST is a recreational/resort development consisting of more than 2,200 acres featuring world-class golf, tennis and fitness. PGA WEST currently hosts six incredible golf courses, including the new Greg Norman Course. Residents enjoy three expansive clubhouses, a health and racquet club, as well as plenty of social activities.

GOLF
The course designed by Greg Norman lies in a seabed 40-feet below sea level surrounded by an immense crescent of terra-cotta mountains. The course teems with purple, white and yellow wildflowers, while the mix of tall and short native grasses produce different shades of green running almost to silver. The grass covers just 60 acres of tight fairways that taper toward the greens with nine ponds covering 18 acres. The demands of this course are a challenge for players of all levels.
