WHAT WE DO
Bo Jackson, among his many accomplishments, is a self-taught gourmet cook. Bo, however, would say that his love for the art of cooking stems from the time spent in his mother's kitchen. While earning his BS in Human Sciences at Auburn University, Bo learned the value and importance of nutrition through healthy eating. Yet, he never forgot that food must be fresh, delicious and pleasing to the soul in order to be truly satisfying. Subsequently, Bo has developed into a test-kitchen of the highest order. From our perfect cuts of Prime Rib to our extensive menu of IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) products, every item must meet Bo's personal approval.
Quality, as we know, begins at the source. Our company offers customers the very finest protein products available in the market today. All of our products are produced in USDA approved facilities that have earned numerous industry awards. As part of the HACCP program, we consistently utilize a series of prerequisite programs that monitor both environment and finished product.
