HJM Enterprises is a Michigan-based limited liability corporation founded in 2001 that owns and manages food-retailing outlets, a food retailing and franchising consultancy, a casino supply company and personal fitness centers. The company, which is wholly owned by President and CEO Herman J. Moore, is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan and currently operates in Southeast Michigan and Florida. The following businesses are the creation of Herman J. Moore and HJM Enterprises; HJM Consulting Services, Breadeaux Pizza franchises, AH!MOORÉ International Café, Tropical Squeeze Café´, The Body Principle and Premier Casino Supply.Currently, franchises are available for the AH!MOORÉ International Café and the Tropical Squeeze Café. HJM Enterprises has gained vast experience in franchising from Herman Moore’s experience as a franchisee with a number of national and regional restaurant chains. In June of 2004, Herman Moore decided to launch his own in-house franchise ventures with two complete concepts, AH!MOORÉ International Café and Tropical Squeeze Café.
