Game Ball
Let’s see… Where to start? Well, I have played in three official NFL games which have brought all kinds of emotions. The first game was against the Jacksonville Jaguars - which I started. You can imagine how excited I was, yet nervous. It was kinda like being a freshman all over again.
But overall, I’ve settled in nicely and the coaches have been saying that I’ve been playing well. Friday night, against the Tennessee Titans, I got my first interception in the NFL against Vince Young. One of the best quarterbacks in the league! It was crazy! It felt great. I even kept the football.
Oh, on the last day of training camp, it’s tradition that the rookies perform skits for the veterans. This year, the rookies decided to have an ESPY Awards of the Falcons. The categories weren’t quite the same … LOL … but it was really funny. The veterans seemed to like it. We also dressed up like the coaches to present the awards - the coaches got a kick out of that!

Congrats on the pick young fella, but calling Vince Young “one of the best quarterbacks in the league” is a bit of a stretch..
