D1 Little Rock is located northwest of downtown Little Rock, on Cantrell Road. The 20,000 square foot facility, co-owned by middleweight boxer Jermain “Bad Intentions” Taylor, has an 60-yard indoor turf field, Hammer Strength furnished weight room, cardio station, a viewing gallery and an in-house sports therapy clinic.
D1 specializes in making athletes FASTER, STRONGER, MORE AGILE, and EXPLOSIVE while building character.
We believe replicating top college and pro training environments is the best setting for athletes to reach their goals. The Division 1 experience sets D1 apart from other programs. It’s a place where everyone who walks through our doors is trained and treated like an elite athlete.
