TRAINING PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
*Hitting Specials (Ages 7 & up) – Get a lot of swings; work on mechanics. Receive a written evaluation and instructional picture of your swing. We will also play games. A great week! [This week's camp will feature St. Cardinals outfielder Rick Ankiel as a special guest instructor.]
*Rookie Camp (Ages 5-7) – A half day program for those who are new to the baseball world. A low student/instructor ratio assures extra attention for developing the skills taught. This program includes lunch. 9 am – 12:30 pm (Mon.-Fri.) Enrollment is limited each week. This is one of our most popular programs and is always sold out – so sign up early.
