The 83 Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and was established by New England Patriot Wes Welker, who is passionate about leveling the playing field in football, and also for at-risk youth in his hometown of Oklahoma City.
The mission of the 83 Foundation is "To influence at-risk youth, by encouraging their full potential through athletics and positive role models."
